Overview

This 10-day Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Training Program equips participants with the skills and tools to design, implement, manage, and evaluate effective M&E systems for projects, programs, and policies. The course integrates practical approaches with international best practices, enabling professionals to measure performance, assess impact, and generate evidence for informed decision-making.

Using a combination of case studies, group discussions, simulations, and hands-on exercises, participants will learn to design logical frameworks, develop indicators, collect and analyze data, and produce high-quality reports that enhance accountability, learning, and impact.
